My specialty is helping companies go back to the basics to ensure foundational elements of their reporting structure and operations are set up appropriately so companies can operate more efficiently and maximize profitability and growth potential.

I have spent time in public accounting and as an executive in growing businesses. Throughout my entire career I have worked with clients and internal employees to come up with tailored solutions to business issues. I have helped companies establish a foundation for profitable growth through addressing deficiencies and inefficiencies in processes across their organizations.
Unique Things About Me
I got married during 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, just outside of Yosemite National Park. My wife and I spent 3 weeks travelling to National Parks, hiking and camping in a conversion van!
When I am not at Work
I love trying new things and seeing new places. My wife and I travel as much as possible with our dog and search out new adventures. I also enjoy golf and watching University of Georgia football!

I have over 15 years of experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including construction, retail, healthcare, hospitality and professional services.
My Specialty
I have wide-ranging experience in corporate and partnership tax planning and coordinating tax strategies for individual income tax, trusts and estates for business owners. I take great pride in being able to help clients in their decision making process consider the after-tax effects of a particular plan.
Unique Things About Me
I once went to visit a friend living in Jackson Hole, WY, and loved the area so much that I found and accepted a job while still on vacation! I originally thought I’d be there for a summer and possibly fall, but ended up staying for around 10 years. I have since moved to the Denver area but still love discovering everything the Rocky Mountains have to offer!
When I am not at Work
I try to spend as much time outdoors as possible, particularly with anything that allows me to be on or near water. These days I live in the Denver area so there is no shortage of outdoor activities to pursue, whether it’s fishing, rafting, hiking, camping, or skiing (among others).

How We Price
The Right Return On Investment
Initial calls for assessments are free. If we cannot solve your problem, we will try to connect you with a provider the meets your needs. Our normal engagements are hourly with billing rates that range from $175-$250 per hour. Depending on the engagement, fixed fee engagements may be able to be arranged.
